Overview:

The User Experience (UX) Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned projects, facilitating enterprise-wide initiatives, and leading continuous business improvement efforts. This role involves mentoring less experienced staff in project management and operating within a matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee health plan-wide digital experience projects focused on consumer and digital experiences.
  • UX Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and consumer feedback analysis.
  • Design & Prototyping: Develop UX mock-ups and high-fidelity designs to guide IT and digital teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create project scope, budget, goals, and deliverables while managing risks and producing reports.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change and champion business process improvements.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, sponsors, and management.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years as a Program/Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including risk management, decision-making, and communication effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Expertise in managing multiple enterprise-level, large, complex projects.
  • Proficient in user-centered design, roadmaps, and leveraging data analytics.
  • Capable of leading workshops and providing UX/UI improvement recommendations.

Compensation:

  • Maximum offer: Up to $69.72/hr.
  • Compensation considers experience, training, internal equity, and organizational needs.

Work Location:

  • Remote-based at Rev Hugh Cooper Admin Center.
  • Full-Time, Exempt position with a Monday-Friday schedule.
