We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Jen Z Marketing Specialist Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies targeted towards the Jen Z demographic. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in understanding and engaging with the Jen Z audience through various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at the Jen Z demographic, including social media, email, influencer partnerships, and other digital marketing channels.
Conduct market research to gain insights into the preferences, behaviors, and trends of the Jen Z generation.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing collateral, including visuals, videos, and written content.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and platforms relevant to the Jen Z audience, and provide insights for campaign optimization.
Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with the Jen Z community through comments, messages, and other interactions.
Support the coordination of events, promotions, and partnerships targeted towards the Jen Z demographic.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
Solid understanding of the Jen Z demographic, including their preferences, values, and online behaviors.
Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and explore innovative marketing strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing insights.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
