Job Highlights:

Client Timezone: Boise, Idaho USA
Responsibilities:
Generate and update WordPress pages using existing templates (20-30 pages per day)
Manage and execute newsletter campaigns using MailChimp
Conduct research and lead generation on LinkedIn for targeted marketing efforts
Assist with formatting and sending newsletters
Update and maintain Google Docs spreadsheets for tracking website pages
Support various digital marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
Basic familiarity with WordPress content management
Experience with digital marketing tools, particularly MailChimp
Proficiency in using Google Docs and spreadsheets
Basic understanding of LinkedIn for professional networking and research
Attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Scope:
Flexible 20 hours per week, with regular weekly check-ins.
Manage the creation and updating of 600+ WordPress pages per month
Assist in lead generation and newsletter distribution to counselors across the country
Support the expansion of online presence for mediation services in multiple states and countries
Contribute to the growth of the business through consistent content creation and marketing efforts
