The Production QA Analyst is responsible for various administrative duties surrounding project tasks. Among other things, these duties include gathering necessary resources to assist Project and Production Managers to ensure our projects are set up accordingly, meet quality standards and are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

Gallery template administration
Coupon administration
Serving as a point of contact for team members on production template needs
Coordinate template print tests and vendor communications
Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks and process development
Print test management and data collection
Assist Production Manager with administrative tasks and process development
Assist Production Manager with QA tasks on template and trigger communications
Management of all project organization and setup including dealer group setup, building lists and queries, etc.
Write and provide test plans for tasks entering production
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Submitting project deliverables
Communicating with account teams and stakeholders to keep project aligned with goals
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with setup and data of a template
Schedule meetings and keep minutes
Call Center onboarding
Handling customer service issues as needed / participation in call center meetings 2x per week or as needed
Assistance in SEO as needed
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:

Associate or bachelor’s degree OR at least 1–2-year work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Marketing Sales/Service Representative, or similar role
Hands on experience with technical documentation and schedules
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, planning, time-management, and follow-through skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team spirit
Attention to detail
Quality Assurance experience is a plus
