Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable and revenue collection, including invoice preparation, posting, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Manage credit card collections and bank deposits.
Compile month-end stock take on a timely basis.
Prepare bank and SST reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis.
Handle inter-company recharges, reconciliations, and confirmations.
Maintain effective communication with all divisions and ensure proper documentation.
Continuously learn and enhance skills related to job responsibilities.
Undertake additional tasks or assignments as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome.
Less than a year of working experience or no experience required.
Ability to work in Taman Pelangi Indah, Johor Bahru.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
