Designed.co is disrupting the traditional graphic design agency model and has seen tremendous growth. To avoid growing pains, we run a tight ship and are focused on process, project management, and continuous improvements to drive efficiencies at scale. This is where you come in, we are looking for a project management pro that will lead the team in scheduling, monitoring, and reporting the needs of our clients and the creative team. Must love people! Communication and relationships are the name of the game, as you will report and collaborate across the entire organization including; design, development, marketing, executive, sales teams, and most importantly our customers. Your efforts are key to the evolution of our unique SeS for the design industry, maintenance of profitability, and serve as the lead for our customer happiness.

Experience
3+ years of experience in Project Management (tech, graphic design/agency experience is preferred)
PMP certification is a plus
Expert level in project management software (Wrike), our software (Hub) and Slack (communication platform). Training is available for unfamiliar software
Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple activities and project needs, while establishing attainable deadlines
Ability to monitor progress and produce valuable reports
Expert communication skills with clients and colleagues on the phone, Slack, e-mail, and in-person
