RESPONSIBILITIES
List of M&A targets (manage and update the list)
Look for new targets
Schedule meetings and take notes of these meetings with each target
Manage the M&A flow and decision tree
Create a presentation for the board
Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)
Coordinate due diligence with our internal team
Create and present pitch books, presentations materials, and transaction related documents for client meetings (twice before and after the flow)
Coordinate and lead due diligence efforts, working closely with legal, financial and operational teams
Identify key issues and potential deal-breakers during the due diligence phase
Collaborate with external advisors such as legal counsel, accountants, and other consultants
Review the primary document: draft, coordinated and review. Three main documents: NDA (draft and coordinate), MOU (coordinate) and APA (coordinate) – templates this person need to manage throughout the system
Coordinate these documents with legal and do a final review
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus)
2/3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or M&A advisory roles
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced or fluent English, as reports may involve communication with external parties (auditors, investors, tax authorities).

· Knowledge of specific industries or markets may be beneficial (e.g., technology, healthcare, energy)
