Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
Were looking for a Short-Form Video Editor to craft compelling, high-energy content that keeps viewers engaged. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing short-form videos with fast-paced storytelling, dynamic captions, and creative enhancements such as B-roll, reaction memes, zoom-ins, and sound effects.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos with a clean, fast-paced style optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
Use jump cuts to maintain audience attention and engagement.
Add dynamic captions for readability and impact.
Incorporate zoom-ins, punch-ins, B-roll, overlays, and reaction memes to enhance storytelling.
Apply sound effects and music to create an engaging, immersive viewing experience.
Ensure videos align with the brands tone, style, and marketing objectives.
Work with raw footage, structuring clips for maximum retention and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience editing high-retention short-form videos (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement in short-form content.
Ability to transform raw footage into polished, compelling video content.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for producing high-quality video content.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in social media content strategy and performance optimization.
Familiarity with marketing and branding principles to ensure consistency.
