Enduo Media is seeking a skilled Creative Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing design and video projects for our clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality work. The Creative Project Manager will collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Video Editors to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks while providing clear leadership and direction to team members.
Responsibilities:
Assign, manage, and oversee design and video projects for clients, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Video Editors to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks
Provide clear leadership and direction to team members, setting realistic expectations and monitoring progress
Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed to ensure successful project outcomes
Deliver constructive feedback and revisions to team members, serving as a liaison between the creative team and clients
Review project briefs to ensure all necessary details are included and assign tasks to team members with the required skill set
Proactively gather missing assets, details, or information from clients to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure all assets meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and include all requested sizes and file formats
Quote, invoice, and order print materials for clients requiring printing as part of their design request
Advocate for both clients and the creative team, fostering a positive and productive work environment while delivering high-quality work
Organize folders, assets, and projects for efficient employee file storage and client access
Attend client Creative Meetings with Creative Directors, taking detailed meeting notes and uploading them to the client portal
Support new client onboarding through email communication, folder organization, and setup of custom client portals
Update client and company details in the Enduo Media Employee App to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all employees
Demonstrate a strong understanding of graphic design and video editing demands and complexities, including the time and resources needed for changes and improvements
Foster a positive and supportive work environment that values the well-being and work-life balance of the creative team
Attend team meetings and contribute collaboratively to team projects
Requirements:
Passion for serving the local church and its staff members
Expertise in project management with a proven track record of managing multiple projects from inception to completion
Intermediate skill level in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience managing creatives specializing in graphic design and video editing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become problems
Experience with cloud storage services like Dropbox or similar systems
Experience with project management software like Wrike or similar systems
Experience with messaging platforms like Slack or similar systems
Knowledge of file requirements, color space, and proper setup for printing

Salary Range
$40,000 – $45,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
