Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers, sales representatives, and agents regarding questions or issues related to our hot runner and control systems.
Perform on-site service visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization.
Independently identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Conduct design reviews and provide advice on technical modifications.
Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, sales, and quality assurance to ensure optimal customer solutions.
Train and instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
Support and mentor less experienced team members.
Ensure compliance with quality standards as well as health and safety regulations.
Profile:
Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in technical service or a comparable position.
Solid knowledge of control and regulation technology.
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working approach.
High willingness to travel and an independent, structured way of working.
Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
