Job Description

We are recruiting a Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Insights) to strengthen our team in Madrid, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

Design technical architecture and integrations;
Analyze business requirements and create detailed Technical Architecture Design documents (TAD);
Collaborate with functional and technical consultants;
Report progress to the lead/project manager;
Check-in/check-out code in Azure DevOps and update work items;
Prepare test plan documents;
Solve architectural issues during testing;
Provide training to clients.
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 5 years as a Technical Architect on Dynamics 365 CE;
Experience in the healthcare sector, especially customer care;
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE framework;
Demonstrable knowledge in Power Automate and Power Apps;
Azure DevOps experience;
Agile methodology and Jira familiarity;
Microsoft certifications (a plus);
Mandatory Spanish; fluent English required.
