Senior Business Analyst

In this role of a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the global Business Analysis & Solution Engineering community and Alternatives, Treasury & Fund Solutions Service within Group Management.
You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and translate operational needs into functional requirements and solutions. You will focus on Treasury Operations.

Your role

As a Senior Business Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
Lead and support initiatives and projects related to new or existing solutions, services & products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Continious improvement of existing processes, services and infrastructure.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Ensure compliance, governance and data quality.
Stakeholder management.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Senior Business Analyst Designer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
3+ years of proven experience as a business analyst
Understanding of financial products, financial markets as well as the main accounting principles (IFRS, GAAPs)
Experience with treasury and derivative products and related processes
Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)
Familiarity with SAP BW4HANA and ERP system SAP FAM/TRM or FICO
Familiarity with relevant regulatory regimes and compliance requirements
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
Good presentation skills
Good self-management skills and stress resilience
Relevant working experience in (insurance) asset management is a plus
