About the Role

Innovation 7 is looking for a Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced Architectural and Engineering environment in Ottawa. Reporting directly to a preferred client, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Presentation Preparation: Create client presentations using input from team members.
Document Control: Organize and manage documents in Microsoft SharePoint.
Meeting Support: Take and distribute meeting minutes (virtual & in-person).
Report Formatting: Prepare and package project deliverables.
Administrative Support: Assist with record-keeping, file management, and digital documentation.
Remote Access Document Management: Maintain all electronic files in a secure, cloud-based environment.

About You

Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Not shy about following up with stakeholders.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients and team members.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working in a SharePoint environment.
Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience in Project Coordination: Experience in Architectural/Engineering fields is a plus!
