Your Role: Commercial Roofing Project Manager

As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, time, and quality standards. You will also play a leadership role in larger, complex projects by managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire project cycle—from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business clients, IT teams, service managers, architects, and vendors to align goals.
  • Standards & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to corporate and digital standards such as CPMM and IT Extensions.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Define project budgets, resource needs, and operational logistics.
  • Vendor & Risk Management: Oversee vendor relationships and mitigate risks by proactive problem-solving.
  • Architecture Alignment: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure systems, technology, and security meet standards.
  • Testing & Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate production deployment activities.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Manage hypercare activities, including defect resolution and system enhancements.

What You Need:

Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, PPM, MPM).
  • Degree in computer science or related field with 3+ years of experience in project management (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, COBIT, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, Selenium, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, application development, and business software evaluation processes.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, define technical competencies, and evaluate technology solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership & Decision-Making: Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, audience-friendly manner.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Sharp critical thinking skills to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges efficiently.

Additional Information:

📅 Contract Role: 1-Year
Hours: 7 hours/day
