Position: Project Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel and technology.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates and risks to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Team Leader or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
