Position: Project Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel and technology.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status updates and risks to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Team Leader or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
