About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of our professional service team, leading client implementation projects from inception to deployment. Your role will involve supporting our insurance Claims, Billing, or Policy products and working cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will interface with client stakeholders, internal Origami teams, and outsourced vendors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $105,000 to $135,000 (based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market demands)
- Bonus Eligibility

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all artifacts in the standard Origami PM toolkit
- Manage potential scope creep and out-of-scope issues
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to allocate necessary resources
- Coordinate with the Technical Consultant to assign deliverables
- Maintain implementation data in Salesforce
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Prepare and present client/project status reports (e.g., implementation status reports, executive steering committee reports)
- Identify potential sales opportunities and notify the account management team
- Support the account management team in negotiating pricing and Statements of Work for change orders or expanded scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a business-related field
- 6+ years of technical project management experience
- Experience with system replacement and/or integration project management
- Proven track record of working with business and technical executives on strategic roadmaps
- Stakeholder and vendor management experience (preferred)
- JavaScript, XML, SQL experience (preferred)
- Insurance industry experience (preferred)
