Rewardz is hiring a Remote SEO Assistant Manager to lead strategy, boost rankings, and drive traffic across markets.
Responsibilities :
Developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to Rewardz’s digital platforms across products and 4 key markets , included but not limited to websites, blogs, social media and marketing collateral.
Conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization, including for blog posts.
Implementing technical SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, meta tags, and schema markup.
Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure our SEO and in turn broader marketing strategy aligns with business objectives and supports lead generation efforts.
Developing and implementing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Producing regular reports on SEO and content performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Strong grasp of the English language including excellent written and verbal skills, to collaborate with colleagues and agencies across APAC and the Middle East.
Requirement :
At least 3 – 5 years of experience in improving Search Engine Ranking
You have experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
You have a data-driven mindset and can translate complex analytics into actionable insights
You possess exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your style for various audiences and platforms
