Required skills

Creates the test strategy, the test plan and the test cases to ensure the product meets the customers’ need
Understands and leads the team to the best way to develop a test automation strategy and the tools required to implement it
Leads internal testing efforts and manages the user acceptance testing
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Understands the business issues and data challenges of the client’s organization
Documents, reviews and edits business processes when needed
Participates to the workshops and business process description when needed
Effectively works with other team members such as the analysts, the developers and the training team

Professional skills

Minimum 5 years of work experience
Strong knowledge of the Agile Methodology
Has strong communication skills
Is customer oriented with activities and results focused on user’s adoption of the solution
Is an excellent team player with an excellent ability to work in a multi-functional team
Is able to multi-task and to meet aggressive deadlines.
Fluent in English
