Bullseye Strategy is seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Search Specialist with the ability to work across multiple accounts and industries for a variety of agency clients. We get a lot of applicants for our positions so keep reading to see if you fit the description of our newest team member.

To be considered for this position you need the following:

5+ years of relevant digital agency experience with specific experience in Google Ads and Bing.
3+ years’ experience in Google Tag Manager including tagging, event and goal tracking, reporting, interpretation of data
3+ years of Google Analytics Experience
Experience managing paid social advertising and/or programmatic campaigns a plus
Ability to prepare and present search recommendations to clients based on insights and data from industry/agency tools and prior experience
Ability to write creative, engaging ad copy for a variety of clients in a variety of industries to achieve outstanding results for clients
Ability to analyze which campaigns are running effectively and develop recommendations to improve ad performance
Must be able to manage to both large and small client budgets on a monthly basis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident, clear, effective communication – both internal teams and client-side
Outstanding project management and communication skills
Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to different types of inquiries
Be a fast, flexible, and effective problem solver
Be proactive and self-motivated
Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and efficiently with various internal and external resources
Define, document, and implement processes to improve overall search department and agency efficiencies
