Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,600 – $147,950 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility
Identify best practices in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Conduct keyword and competitive research for optimization priorities
Partner with marketing teams to translate search insights into actionable recommendations
Manage digital asset uploads and metadata for improved discoverability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
7 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization
3 years of experience with core SEO disciplines like keyword strategy and technical SEO
Familiarity with platforms including Adobe Experience Manager and Google Search Console
Strong written and verbal communication skills
