About The Role

We’re hiring a Junior Copywriter with a deep interest in direct response, storytelling, and content marketing—someone who writes with energy, clarity, and purpose.

This is a remote copywriting role (US Only – EST preferred) for a creative who loves the intersection of persuasion, psychology, and storytelling. You’ll learn how to turn ideas into conversion-driven campaigns that move people to action.

Working closely with the Head of Content and Senior Copywriter, you’ll support campaigns across email, funnels, social, and blog channels—while developing into a conversion copywriter capable of owning full projects. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who’s hungry to grow, experiment, and master the craft of direct response.

What you’ll do

Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy across multiple formats:
Email campaigns, ads, landing pages, blogs, VSLs, and social content.
Contribute to the Mastermind blog with content that reinforces our mission and builds organic reach.
Conduct audience and offer research to develop emotionally resonant, benefit-driven messaging.
A/B test hooks, headlines, and CTAs to continuously improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders to ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Support high-impact launches, evergreen campaigns, and live event promotions.
Stay sharp on trends in direct response, content marketing, and human motivation.

What you bring

1–3 years of experience in performance, content, or direct response copywriting (agency, DTC, or growth-brand background preferred).
Portfolio showcasing strong storytelling and persuasive writing across ads, blogs, emails, or landing pages.
Familiarity with funnel-driven marketing (lead generation, nurturing, conversion).
Exceptional command of written English and brand voice adaptability.
Highly coachable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.
Available to collaborate primarily during Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience writing for personal development, coaching, or education brands.
Deep understanding of B2C motivation and transformation psychology.
Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or GoHighLevel.
Experience leveraging AI writing tools or performance optimization frameworks.
