The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Lead (Meta) to own and scale one of our most important customer acquisition channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments and brings deep expertise in Meta advertising.
You’ll lead strategy and execution across Meta, partnering closely with creative, analytics, and operations teams to continuously optimize performance and unlock growth opportunities. This role offers significant ownership, visibility, and direct influence on business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end performance of Meta acquisition across multiple products, audiences, and markets
Manage budget allocation, pacing, and optimization to drive efficient, scalable growth
Develop and execute testing strategies across creative, audiences, and account structure
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and improve outcomes
Partner closely with creative, analytics, and operations teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
Contribute to broader performance marketing strategy and cross-channel insights
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in Meta
Proven track record managing and scaling paid social budgets in a direct-to-consumer or ecommerce environment
Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and performance diagnostics (Pixel, CAPI, etc.)
Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer brands, ecommerce, subscription businesses, or other high-growth categories
Exposure to additional paid channels such as Google, TikTok, or other digital acquisition platforms
Experience working across multiple markets or product lines
